2 stroke tuning and dyno services
One of the most useful tools we have in our workshop is our Dynamometer. We use it to measure and compare power transfer at different points on the vehicle, thus allowing the engine or transmission to be modified to get more efficient power transfer.
Shiny Red Tuning use the DynaPro S32 model, a small inertia-only type dyno, for use with lower powered machines (up to 50bhp). These dynos are particularly suited for use with mopeds and scooters due to the low drum weight. Eddy brake dynos are more useful for high power motorbikes or when re-mapping ECUs. They are in fact of little use when it comes to setting up carburetted engines. Where small, highly tuned 2 stroke engines are concerned, using an eddy brake runs the risk of putting too much stress on the engine and can easily prove fatal by overloading the engine. Therefore, it is better not to use the eddy brake when tuning high end race spec 2 stroke scooter engines

Random question but I know your the man to ask..how many earth wires are on Gilera runner 125 sp 2T…? Electric start just stopped working out of nowhere..relay clicks when pressing start button? Cheers
The earth wire from the engine to the frame would be the one to check ,connect the live from the starter motor (pull it from the relay ) straight to a battery if the starter turns then it's not the earth...if it doesn't then it's earth or starter motor 👍🏼

I have Lambretta li3 .... they took it cause they think I don't deserve to ride it...gentel reminder to them, they cannot used electricity for life, and used petrol....btw...li3 not really my favorite Lambretta, especially after I saw some li2 from Japanese Mods... really stunning Mods custom ever.... -:back to story person who stole my Lambretta, his girlfriend for serve to Malaysia military with some of their salary been cut to give to till I dies...until 2024 , already 2 years they serve for ATM , she gonna suicide soon...no one like her in camps Kuantan...even her boyfriend refuse to give back that scooter rather then join gangter clan in Malaysia.... according to Skeykh Nurjan his said, that girls gonna take her own life soon...times up, that her part that she choose.

I love this Lambretta the especially the bore side quite relevant for speed....still it come with not front discs... people thought me liar cause they said I'm talking about something that not exist...quite underrated and not really famous...the said the problems with me I don't want rent rather to own, if I want to own someone gonna dies...it classic story line since 60s... punk....I don't have retirement scheme, when government saw a nice scooter, they propage that I serve for military to own my scooter... but they forget something, some of that scooter relate to murder case back on the day...

How much would it cost to build 180cc for the track, around 25-30hp? I have Hexagon 125 engine that it fabricated to fit 180cc. Could you give me advice on which cylinder, head, carb, intake, exhaust...I would like to know what is a good setup so that I can look up the prices. You would help me immensely :))

It’s a 2004 Aprilia sr50 ditech it’s been carb converted so no ditech any more, would I need a different engine for the bigger 172 kit and if so which would you recommend 👍
Well if you have a 50cc the 172 kit is not gonna fit. It is Made for 125 aprilia sr. So you Will need a 125 engine

I tried a pair of Lectrons on my 300 RGV a few years ago. Managed some good top end numbers, but couldn’t really run anywhere else. Went back to the 34 Mikuni’s with basically the same top end power and much better low and mid. Hope you have better luck.
